The unfaithful servants are those who think that because their Master is so mighty, He doesn’t need their help. But the issue is not His need of my help; the issue is my need to help Him, my need to be part of His work.
People will only respect you until your results are there for them to see.
Have it at the back of your mind that your generation is waiting to see your achievement and you must and should not disappoint them.
So, set achievable goals: do not build your castle in the air and stop day dreaming.
Move a step at a time and at a size that will not overwhelm you. It may be small but if well done on time, it will motivate you to set higher goals.
When our Master returns, He will come to reward us according to our faithfulness, and we will be rewarded with different levels of authority in His kingdom.
